Do you think you’re pregnant?
Have you had unprotected sex recently?
If you’ve recently had unprotected sex, there’s a chance you could be pregnant. While it’s normal to feel anxious, taking the proper steps early can help give you clarity.
Is your period late?
A missed or late period could be a sign of pregnancy. It’s one of the most common early indicators, but stress and other factors can also cause changes in your cycle.
Have you taken a pregnancy test?
If you suspect you’re pregnant, taking a test is the best way to know for sure. We offer free, lab-quality pregnancy testing at our Napa center.
Need someone to talk to?
If you’re feeling uncertain or overwhelmed, you don’t have to face this alone. Our team is here to offer support, answer your questions, and help you explore your options. Whether you need a free pregnancy test in Napa or just someone to listen, reach out to us for confidential and compassionate care.
Our Promise to You
Napa Women’s Center is a licensed medical facility, where your care, safety, and support are our number one priority. When you visit our center, you will be met with privacy, respect, and honest information. We will not judge you, pressure you, or treat you with anything less than our best – every time. All services are completely free and confidential.
A few of the questions we hear most often:
Is there a charge for your services?
No. All of our services are free of charge and confidential. You can visit our center confidently knowing you will not be required to pay a penny to receive the help, resources, and hope that you need.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome during our open hours, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you'd like a limited ultrasound, give us a call at (707) 266-1741 so we can have a sonographer ready for you.
How will I know if I'm actually pregnant?
Start with a pregnancy test. Ours are lab-quality and free, and they're accurate about 10 days after conception. If your test is positive, a limited ultrasound can confirm how far along you are and whether the pregnancy is viable. Both are worth knowing before you decide anything.
What if I've already taken a home test?
Bring what you know. Home tests are usually reliable, but confirming the result in person with a lab-quality pregnancy test and following up with an ultrasound gives you a fuller picture. There's no cost to coming in a second time.
Who will I be meeting with?
Who you meet with will depend on the services you are here for. Typically, the first person you will meet with is a trained client advocate. Advocates are not doctors or counselors in the clinical sense - they are someone who'll sit with you, listen, and walk you through your options at your pace. If you're here for medical services, they are provided by our licensed Registered Nurse.
Will anyone try to talk me into something?
No. Our job is to give you accurate information and the space to think about all of your options. Whatever you decide, we're here, including after, if you want material assistance, parenting support, or post-abortion care.
Where are you located?
Our medical center is located at 935 Trancas St, Suite 4B, Napa, CA 94558. There's parking on-site. If you can't find us, give us a call, and we'll walk you in.
